Prayer for the week commencing 10th December.

Lord our God, since you will return to us in judgement in an hour that we least expect, grant us to watch and pray at all times, so that whether you come in the evening, or at midnight, or in the morning, your people may be found among those who are waiting and watching for the advent of their Redeemer; to whom be all glory and praise, now and for ever.
