Let yor Spirit come upon us, O Lord, that today we may announce good news to the poor, proclaim release to captives and recovery of sight to those who cannot see. Today may the broken victim be set free and may the coming of the year of jubilee bring justice and peace; through Christ our Lord. Amen.
